unfortunately, this item was completely damaged upon arrival.
The item in question is the Spotlight Pallet Professional by the brand Daily Life Forever 52, Germany. I am very frustrated with this situation and would like to file a complaint. I would appreciate a refund or a replacement for the damaged item.
I believe the item has already been damaged because most of the product was missing from the pallet. It seems like it was opened, damaged, repackaged, and then sent to me. Is this how you treat your customers?
